Online course Russian: Classic Short Stories

In this course you read in the original texts by 19th and 20th century classic Russian authors, for example, Pushkin and Nabokov. Ten crème de la crème short stories will be compiled for you in a Reader and provided with a Questionnaire. During the classes, students will be asked to make summaries of the plots (in English), answer the questions, read and translate excerpts. Biographies of the writers will be covered briefly.
Required level
This course is suitable for students with a Russian reading level of at least B1 (CEFR).
